100 Days of Working Out

Since I am now driving to work, I had put on quite a few pounds and it was getting out of control. About 73 days ago I decided to challenge myself to 100 days of exercise. It has been a challenge but I am proud of myself. I have come so far!




I am hopefully to see how my body changes in the coming weeks. I would love to lose my belly and tone up. I cannot wait to share my final results and to challenge yo all to try it.
