Fried Cauliflower "Wings"

A girl loves her boneless wings but a lot of the time I am not in the mood for chicken. I know that sounds so weird but I love my veggies. I also love to explore new recipes and new flavor combinations. I tried these cauliflower "Wings" and fell in love. I am so excited to share this recipe. Please comment if you tried it and liked them.

Ingredients

- 1 head of Cauliflower

- 2 TBSP Olive Oil

- 1/4 Cup Milk

- 2 Cups All Purpose Flour

- 1 Cup Corn Mill

- Your Seasoning Mix (Mines is Italian seasoning, Garlic Pepper, Paprika, MSG Free Season Salt)

- Hot Wing Sauce of your choice ( I'm loving the Mango Habanero)

- Cooking oil of choice or Air Fryer

Cooking Instructions

Step 1: Clean the head of Cauliflower and then, using a knife, break down the head into cauliflower florets. If Frying with oil, then start heating the oil now

Step 2: Place the florets into a gallon sized bag and add the olive oil to the bag. Shake the bag to thoroughly to cover each floret.

Step 3: Add Milk, Flour, Corn Mill, and seasoning mix to the bag and mix together until each floret has a thick covering.

Step 4: Take Florets out of bag and cook. Make sure to gently shake off access and the oil must be hot before placing florets in. If using air fryer then please follow the heating instructions of your Air fryer.

Step 5: Once the Cauliflower "Wings" are golden brown, remove from oil and immediately add a pinch of salt.

Step 6: Then place cauliflower wings into a large metal bowl and add your choice of wing sauce. Toss the wings in the sauce thoroughly

Step 7: Then place the sauced "wings" onto a a sheet pan and lightly broil for 5 minutes.

Step 8: Remove from oven and plate. Allow 10 minutes to cool and enjoy!

I love this recipe so much. It is so quick and easy. It is becoming one of my go to recipes when I want something quick and delicious.

I also like to do a Garlic Parmesan sauce as well instead of the hot wing. it consist of melted butter with Granulated Garlic and Parmesan cheese mixed together. Then toss the "Wings" in the sauce.
